Even a Tornado Cannot Stop Progress At The Studio!

Well it is official. Last week a tornado touched down in Litchfield one block away from our studio. It was quite a storm for a while and even though we were sure “we weren’t in Kansas anymore” work kept going in the studio and gallery. Although, everyone here did take a few minutes to admire the fierceness of Mother Nature and check out the piled up hail.

Of course this week, on a beautiful, bright, sunny day, with not a storm in sight,  the studio and gallery lost power for about five hours. The good thing about working so much with hand tools is we could keep moving along on the great pieces that are in the works.
